Proverbs 19:18-20

¹⁸ Chasten your son while there is hope. And do not let your soul seek his death.

¹⁹ A man of much anger shall suffer punishment. And though you save him, you must do so yet again.

²⁰ Hear counsel and receive instruction, so that you may be wise in your latter days.
