Proverbs 20:17-19

¹⁷ The bread of deceit is sweet to a man. But afterward, his mouth shall be filled with gravel.

¹⁸ Establish your thoughts by counsel; and by counsel make war.

¹⁹ He who goes about as a slanderer, discovers secrets. Therefore, do not associate with him who flatters with his lips.
