Proverbs 24:5-7

⁵ A wise man is strong. For a man of understanding increases his strength.

⁶ For with counsel you shall wage your war. And health is in a multitude of counselors.

⁷ Wisdom is high to a fool. He cannot open his mouth in the gate.
