Proverbs 3:28-30

²⁸ Do not say to your neighbor, “Go and come again, and tomorrow I will give you,” if you have it now.

²⁹ Intend no hurt against your neighbor, seeing he dwells by you without fear.

³⁰ Do not strive with someone without cause (when he has done you no harm).
