Psalm 106:37-39

^37 (A)They even sacrificed their sons
And their daughters to ^(B)demons,
³⁸ And shed innocent blood,
The blood of their sons and daughters,
Whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan;
And ^(C)the land was polluted with blood.
³⁹ Thus they ^[a]were ^(D)defiled by their own works,
And ^(E)played^[b] the harlot by their own deeds.
