⁹ It is better to trust in the LORD than to have confidence in princes.

¹⁰ All nations have surrounded me; but in the Name of the LORD shall I destroy them.

¹¹ They have surrounded me. Indeed, they have surrounded me; but in the Name of the LORD I shall destroy them.
