Psalm 147:10-12

¹⁰ He has no pleasure in the strength of a horse, nor does He delight in the legs of man.

¹¹ The LORD delights in those who fear Him and expectantly await His mercy.

¹² Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem! Praise your God, O Zion!
