Psalm 147:9-11

⁹ Who gives food to beasts and to the young ravens that cry.

¹⁰ He has no pleasure in the strength of a horse, nor does He delight in the legs of man.

¹¹ The LORD delights in those who fear Him and expectantly await His mercy.
