Psalm 17:10-12

¹⁰They are uncaring;^[a]^(A)
their mouths speak arrogantly.^(B)
¹¹They advance against me;^[b] now they surround me.^(C)
They are determined^[c]
to throw me to the ground.^(D)
¹²They are^[d] like a lion eager to tear,
like a young lion lurking in ambush.^(E)
