Psalm 18:9-11

⁹ He also bowed the heavens and came down, and darkness was under His feet.

¹⁰ And He rode upon a cherub and flew. And He came flying upon the wings of the wind.

¹¹ He made darkness His secret place, his pavilion all around Him; darkness of waters and clouds of the air.
