Psalm 45:5-7

⁵Your sharpened arrows pierce the hearts of the king’s enemies;
the peoples fall under you.^(A)

⁶Your throne,^(B) God, is^[a] for ever and ever;
the sceptre of your kingdom is a sceptre of justice.^(C)
⁷You love righteousness and hate wickedness;^(D)
therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of joy
more than your companions.
