Psalm 68:33-35

³³ to him who rides upon the Most High Heavens, Who was from the beginning. Behold, He will send out, by His voice, a mighty sound!

³⁴ Ascribe the power to God! His majesty is upon Israel and His strength is in the clouds!

³⁵ O God, You are awesome out of Your Holy places! The God of Israel is He Who gives strength and power to the people! Praise God! To him who excels upon Shoshannim: A Psalm of David
