Psalm 77:17-19

¹⁷ The clouds poured out water. The heavens gave a sound. Indeed, Your arrows went all over.

¹⁸ The voice of Your thunder was all round. The lightnings lightened the world; the earth trembled and shook.

¹⁹ Your way is in the sea, Your paths in the great waters; and Your footsteps are not known.
