⁴¹ They constantly tested God^(A)
and provoked the Holy One of Israel.^(B)

²³ Who is it you have mocked^(A) and blasphemed?
Against whom have you raised your voice
and lifted your eyes in pride?^(B)
Against the Holy One of Israel!^(C)

²⁹ Summon the archers to Babylon,
all who string the bow;
camp all round her; let none escape.
Repay her according to her deeds;^(A)
just as she has done, do the same to her,
for she has acted arrogantly against the Lord,
against the Holy One of Israel.^(B)
