Romans 10:3-5

3 They did not know the way God makes people right with him. They tried to make themselves good people. So they did not obey God's way to become right with him.
4 Christ has made an end to the law as a way of getting right with God. Everyone who believes in him is put right with God.
5 Moses wrote this: `A man who obeys the law will live by it.'

New International Version
3 Since they did not know the righteousness of God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.(A) 4 Christ is the culmination of the law(B) so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.(C)
5 Moses writes this about the righteousness that is by the law: “The person who does these things will live by them.”[a](D)
