⁶ According to the grace given to us, we have different gifts:^(A) If prophecy,^(B) use it according to the proportion of one’s^[a] faith;

Prophecy: A Superior Gift

14 Pursue love and desire spiritual gifts, and especially that you may prophesy.

⁸ For it says:

⁴ At the same time, God also testified by signs and wonders, various miracles, and distributions of gifts from the Holy Spirit according to his will.^(A)

¹⁰ Just as each one has received a gift, use it to serve others,^(A) as good stewards of the varied grace of God.
