²⁷ And he who searches our hearts^(A) knows the mind of the Spirit, because he intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

⁴ who gave himself for our sins^(A) to rescue us from this present evil age,^(B) according to the will of our God and Father.^(C)

⁹ He made known to us the mystery of his will,^(A) according to his good pleasure that he purposed in Christ^(B)

¹⁷ And the world with its lust is passing away,^(A) but the one who does the will of God^(B) remains for ever.^(C)
