Romans 9:3-5

³ For I could wish^(A) that I myself were cursed^(B) and cut off^[a] from Christ for the benefit of my brothers and sisters, my own flesh and blood. ⁴ They are Israelites,^(C) and to them belong the adoption,^(D) the glory,^(E) the covenants,^(F) the giving of the law,^(G) the temple service,^(H) and the promises.^{(I) 5} The ancestors are theirs,^(J) and from them, by physical descent,^[b] came the Christ,^(K) who is God^(L) over all,^(M) praised forever.^[c](N) Amen.
