13 As you have been a curse among the nations,(A) house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you, and you will be a blessing.(B) Don’t be afraid; let your hands be strong.’ 14 For the Lord of Armies says this: ‘As I resolved to treat you badly when your ancestors provoked me to anger, and I did not relent,’ says the Lord of Armies, 15 ‘so I have resolved again in these days to do what is good to Jerusalem and the house of Judah.(C) Don’t be afraid.

13 Just as you, Judah and Israel, have been a curse[a](A) among the nations, so I will save(B) you, and you will be a blessing.[b](C) Do not be afraid,(D) but let your hands be strong.(E)”
14 This is what the Lord Almighty says: “Just as I had determined to bring disaster(F) on you and showed no pity when your ancestors angered me,” says the Lord Almighty, 15 “so now I have determined to do good(G) again to Jerusalem and Judah.(H) Do not be afraid.

14 For thus saith the Lord of hosts; As I thought to punish you, when your fathers provoked me to wrath, saith the Lord of hosts, and I repented not:
15 So again have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear ye not.
