Bible in 90 Days
15 With joy and gladness they shall be brought and shall enter into the King’s palace.
16 Your children shall be in place of your fathers. You shall make them princes through all the Earth.
17 I will make Your Name remembered through all generations. Therefore, the people shall give thanks to You. World without end. To him who excels upon Alamoth: a song committed to the sons of Korah.
46 God is our hope and strength; help in troubles, ready to be found.
2 Therefore, we will not fear, though the Earth be moved and though the mountains fall into the midst of the sea.
3 The waters thereof rage and are troubled; the mountains shake at the surges of the same. Selah.
4 Still, there is a River whose stream shall make glad the City of God, the Sanctuary of the Tabernacles of the Most High.
5 God is in the midst of it; therefore, it shall not be moved. God shall help it in the dawning.
6 When the nations raged and the kingdoms were moved, God thundered, and the Earth melted.
7 The LORD of hosts is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
8 Come and behold the works of the LORD, what desolations He has made on the Earth.
9 He makes wars cease, to the ends of the world. He breaks the bow and cuts the spear and burns the chariots with fire.
10 “Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the heathen. I will be exalted on the Earth.”
11 The LORD of Hosts is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. To him who excels: A Psalm committed to the sons of Korah.
47 All people, clap your hands! Sing loud to God with a joyful voice!
2 For the LORD is high and terrible, a great King over all the Earth.
3 He has subdued the people under us and the nations under our feet.
4 He has chosen our inheritance for us, the glory of Jacob whom He loved. Selah.
5 God has gone up with triumph, the LORD with the sound of the trumpet.
6 Sing praises to God! Sing praises! Sing praises to our King! Sing praises!
7 For God is the King of all the Earth. Sing praises with understanding.
8 God reigns over the heathen. God sits upon His Holy Throne.
9 The princes of the people are gathered to the people of the God of Abraham. For the shields of the world belong to God. He is greatly exalted! A song or Psalm committed to the sons of Korah.
48 Great is the LORD and greatly to be praised in the City of our God, upon His Holy Mountain.
2 Mount Zion (lying northward) is beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole Earth, the City of the Great King.
3 In the palaces thereof, God is known for a refuge.
4 For lo, the kings were gathered and went together.
5 When they saw it, they marveled. They were astonished and suddenly driven back.
6 Fear came upon them there, and sorrow, as upon a woman in childbirth,
7 as when You break the ships of Tarshish with an east wind.
8 As we have heard, so have we seen in the City of the LORD of Hosts, in the city of our God. God will establish it forever. Selah.
9 In the midst of Your Temple we wait for Your lovingkindness, O God.
10 O God, according to Your Name, so is Your praise to the world’s end. Your right hand is full of righteousness.
11 Let Mount Zion rejoice, and the daughters of Judah be glad, because of Your judgments!
12 March around Zion and encircle it. Count the towers thereof.
13 Mark well the wall thereof. Behold her towers, so that you may tell your posterity.
14 For this God is our God, forever and ever. He shall be our guide to the death. To him who excels: A Psalm committed to the sons of Korah.
49 Hear this, all you people! Give ear, all you who dwell in the world,
2 low as well as high, both rich and poor!
3 My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart is of knowledge.
4 I will incline my ear to a parable and utter my high saying upon the harp.
5 Why should I fear in the evil days, when the iniquity at my heels shall surround me?
6 They trust in their goods and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches.
7 Yet a man can by no means redeem his brother. He cannot give his ransom to God,
8 (so precious is the redemption of their souls, and ceases forever)
9 so that he may yet live forever and not see the grave.
10 For he sees that wise men die; and also that the ignorant and foolish perish and leave their riches for others.
11 They think their houses and their habitations shall continue forever, from generation to generation. And they call their lands by their names.
12 But man shall not continue in honor. He is like the beasts that die.
13 This is the way of those who utter foolishness. Their posterity delights in their talk. Selah.
14 Like sheep they lie in the grave. Death devours them. And the righteous shall have domination over them in the morning. For their beauty shall be consumed, from their house to grave.
15 But God shall deliver my soul from the power of the grave; for He will receive me. Selah.
16 Do not be afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his House is increased.
17 For he shall take nothing away when he dies, nor shall his pomp descend after him.
18 For while he lived, he rejoiced over himself (and men will praise you when you make much of yourself).
19 He shall enter into the generation of his fathers. They shall not live forever.
20 An honored man who does not understand; he is like beasts that perish. A Psalm of Asaph.
50 The God of gods, The LORD, has spoken and called the Earth, from the rising up of the Sun to the going down thereof.
2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, has God shined.
3 Our God shall come and shall not keep silent. A fire shall devour before Him, and a mighty storm shall be moved around Him.
4 He shall call the heaven above and the Earth, to judge His people.
5 “Gather My saints together to Me, those who make a covenant with Me with sacrifice.”
6 And the heavens shall declare His righteousness; for God is Judge Himself. Selah.
7 “Hear, O My people, and I will speak. Hear, O Israel, and I will testify to you. I am God. Your God.
8 “I will not rebuke you for your sacrifices or your burnt offerings continually before me.
9 “I will take no bullock out of your house, nor goats out of your folds.
10 “For all the beasts of the forest are Mine, the beasts on a thousand mountains.
11 “I know all the birds on the mountains; and the wild beasts of the field are Mine.
12 “If I am hungry, I will not tell you. For the world is Mine and all that therein is.
13 “Will I eat the flesh of bulls or drink the blood of goats?
14 “Offer praise to God; and pay your vows to the Most High.
15 “And call upon Me on the day of trouble. I will deliver you and you shall glorify Me.”
16 But to the wicked God said, “Why have you declared My ordinances, that you would take My Covenant in your mouth,
17 “seeing you hate to be reformed and have cast My words behind you?
18 “For when you see a thief, you run with him; and you are partaker with the adulterers.
19 “You give your mouth to evil; and with your tongue you forge deceit.
20 “You sit and speak against your brother and slander your mother’s son.
21 “These things you have done; and I held My tongue. Therefore, you thought that I was like you. But I will rebuke you and set them in order before your eyes.
22 “Oh, consider this, you who forget God; lest I tear you in pieces and there are none who can deliver you.
23 “He who offers praise shall glorify Me. And to him who sets his way aright, I will show the salvation of God.” To him who excels: A Psalm of David, when the Prophet Nathan came to him, after he had gone into Bathsheba.
51 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness. According to the multitude of Your compassions, put away my iniquities.
2 Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity; and cleanse me from my sin.
3 For I know my iniquities; and my sin is ever before me.
4 Against You, against You only, have I sinned and done evil in Your sight; that You may be just when You speak and pure when You judge.
5 Behold, I was born in iniquity; and in sin my mother conceived me.
6 Behold, You love truth to the core. Therefore, You have taught me wisdom in my core.
7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean. Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
8 Make me hear joy and gladness; so that the bones which You have broken may rejoice.
9 Hide Your Face from my sins; and put away all my iniquities.
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Do not cast me away from Your presence; and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.
12 Restore to me the joy of Your salvation; and establish me with Your free Spirit.
13 Then I shall teach Your ways to the wicked; and sinners shall be converted to You.
14 Deliver me from blood, O God, the God of my salvation; and my tongue shall sing joyfully of Your righteousness.
15 Open my lips, O LORD, and my mouth shall show forth Your praise.
16 For You desire no sacrifice, though I would give it. You do not delight in burnt offering.
17 The sacrifices of God are a contrite spirit. A contrite and a broken heart, O God, You will not despise.
18 Be favorable to Zion for Your good pleasure. Build the walls of Jerusalem.
19 Then shall You accept the sacrifices of righteousness, the burnt offering and oblation. Then shall they offer calves upon Your altar. To him who excels: A Psalm of David to give instruction, when Doeg the Edomite came and showed Saul and said to him, “David has come to the house of Ahimelech.”
52 Why do you boast of your wickedness, O man of power? The lovingkindness of God endures daily.
2 Your tongue imagines mischief, like a sharp razor that cuts deceitfully.
3 You love evil more than good, lies more than to speak the truth. Selah.
4 You love all words that may destroy. O deceitful tongue!
5 So shall God destroy you forever. He shall take you and pluck you out of your tabernacle, and root you out of the land of the living. Selah.
6 Also, the righteous shall see it, and fear, and shall laugh at him, saying,
7 “Behold the man who did not take God for His strength but trusted in the multitude of his riches and put his strength in his malice.”
8 But I shall be like a green olive tree in the House of God. I trusted in the mercy of God forever and ever.
9 I will always praise You because You have done this. And I will hope in Your Name because it is good before Your saints. To him who excels on Mahalath: A Psalm of David to give instruction
53 The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They have corrupted and done abominable wickedness. There is no one that does good.
2 God looked down from Heaven upon the children of men to see if there were any who would understand and seek God.
3 Everyone has gone back. They are altogether corrupt. There is no one who does good; no, not one.
4 Do not the workers of iniquity know that they eat up my people as they eat bread? They do not call upon God.
5 There they were in fear where no fear was. For God has scattered the bones of him who besieged you. You have put them to confusion because God has cast them off.
6 Oh, give salvation to Israel out of Zion! When God turns the captivity of His people, Jacob shall rejoice; and Israel shall be glad. To him who excels on Neginoth: A Psalm of David, to give instruction, when the Ziphims came and said to Saul, “Is not David hidden among us?”
54 Save me, O God, by Your Name; and by Your power, judge me.
2 O God, hear my prayer; hear the words of my mouth.
3 For strangers have risen up against me, and tyrants seek my soul. They have not set God before them. Selah.
4 Behold, God is my helper. The LORD is with those who uphold my soul.
5 He shall reward evil to my enemies. Oh, cut them off in Your truth!
6 I will sacrifice freely to You. I will praise Your Name, O LORD, because it is good.
7 For He has delivered me out of all trouble; and my eye has seen my desire upon my enemies. To him who excels on Neginoth: A Psalm of David, to give instruction
55 Hear my prayer, O God, and do not hide Yourself from my supplication.
2 Hear me and answer me. I mourn in my prayer and make a noise
3 for the voice of the enemy, for the troubling of the wicked; because they have brought iniquity upon me and furiously hate me.
4 My heart trembles within me; and the terrors of death have fallen upon me.
5 Fear and trembling have come upon me; and a horrible fear has covered me.
6 And I said, “Oh that I had wings like a dove! Then I would fly away and rest!
7 “Behold, I would wander far off and lodge in the wilderness. Selah.
8 “He would hurry for my deliverance from the stormy wind and tempest.”
9 Destroy, O LORD, and divide their tongues; for I have seen cruelty and strife in the city.
10 Day and night they go about it upon the walls thereof. Both iniquity and mischief are in the midst of it.
11 Wickedness is in the midst thereof. Deceit and guile do not depart from her streets.
12 Surely my enemy did not defame me (for I could have borne it); nor did my adversary exalt himself against me (for I would have hidden myself from him).
13 But it was you, O man, even my companion, my guide, and my intimate.
14 We delighted in consulting together; and went into the House of God as companions.
15 Let death seize them. Let them go down quick into the grave; for wickedness is in their dwellings, even in the midst of them.
16 I will call to God and the LORD will save me.
17 Evening and morning, and at noon, I will pray and make a noise; and He will hear my voice.
18 He has delivered my soul in peace from the battle against me, for many were with me.
19 God shall hear and afflict them, even He Who reigns of old. Selah. Because they do not change, therefore they do not fear God.
20 He laid his hand upon such who are at peace with Him. He broke His Covenant.
21 The words of his mouth were softer than butter; yet war was in his heart. His words were more gentle than oil; yet they were swords.
22 Cast your burden upon the LORD, and He shall nourish you. He will not allow the righteous to fall forever.
23 And You, O God, shall bring them down into the pit of corruption. The bloody and deceitful men shall not live half their days. But I will trust in You. To him who excels: A Psalm of David on Michtam, concerning the dumb dove in a far country, when the Philistines took him in Gath
56 Be merciful to me, O God; for man desires to swallow me up. He fights continually and troubles me.
2 My enemies would swallow me up daily; for many fight against me, O You Most High.
3 When I was afraid, I trusted in You.
4 I will rejoice in God because of His Word. I trust in God and will not fear what flesh can do to me.
5 My own words grieve me daily. All their thoughts are against me, to do me hurt.
6 They gather together and keep themselves close. They mark my steps because they wait for my soul.
7 They think they shall escape by iniquity. O God, cast these people down in Your anger.
8 You have counted my wanderings. Put my tears into Your bottle. Are they not in Your register?
9 When I cry, then my enemies shall turn back. This I know; for God is with me.
10 I will rejoice in God because of His Word. I will rejoice in the LORD because of His Word.
11 In God do I trust. I will not be afraid what man can do to me.
12 Your vows are upon me, O God. I will render praises to You.
13 For You have delivered my soul from death—and also my feet from falling—so that I may walk before God in the light of the living. To him who excels: Do not destroy. A Psalm of David, on Michtam, when he fled from Saul in the cave
57 Have mercy upon me, O God. Have mercy upon me, for my soul trusts in You, and in the shadow of Your wings I will trust till afflictions pass over.
2 I will call to the Most High God, the God Who performs toward me.
3 He will send from Heaven and save me from the reproof of him who would swallow me. Selah. God will send His mercy and His truth.
4 My soul is among lions; I lie among the children of men, who are set on fire; whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
5 Exalt Yourself, O God, above the heaven. Let Your Glory be upon all the Earth.
6 They have laid a net for my steps. My soul is pressed down; they have dug a pit before me and have fallen into the midst of it. Selah.
7 My heart is prepared, O God. My heart is prepared. I will sing and give praise!
8 Awake, my tongue! Awake, viol and harp! I will awake early!
9 I will praise You, O LORD, among the people. I will sing to You among the nations.
10 For Your mercy is great unto the heavens; Your Truth unto the clouds!
11 Exalt Yourself, O God, above the heavens! Let Your Glory be upon all the Earth! To him who excels: Do not destroy. A Psalm of David, on Michtam
58 Is it true? O congregation, do you speak justly? O sons of men, do you judge uprightly?
2 Indeed, rather, you imagine mischief in your heart. Your hands execute cruelty upon the Earth.
3 The wicked are strangers from the womb. From the belly, they have erred and speak lies.
4 Their poison is like the poison of a serpent; like the deaf adder that stops its ear
5 It does not hear the voice of the enchanter (though he is most expert in charming).
6 Break their teeth, O God, in their mouths. Break the jaws of the young lions, O LORD.
7 Let them melt like the waters. Let them pass away. When he shoots his arrows, let them be broken.
8 Let them proceed as a snail that melts, and like the stillborn child of a woman who has not seen the Sun.
9 Before your pots can feel the fire of thorns, let Him carry them away as green, with a whirlwind, in His wrath.
10 The righteous shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance. He shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.
11 And men shall say, “Truly, there is fruit for the righteous. Doubtless, there is a God Who judges on the Earth.” To him who excels: Do not destroy. A Psalm of David on Michtam, when Saul sent and they watched the house to kill him
59 O, my God, deliver me from my enemies. Defend me from those who rise up against me.
2 Deliver me from the wicked doers; and save me from the bloody men.
3 For lo, they have laid in wait for my soul. The mighty men have gathered against me, not for my offense, nor for my sin, O LORD.
4 Without fault on my part, they run and prepare themselves against me. Arise to assist me; and behold!
5 You, O LORD God of Hosts, O God of Israel, awake to visit all the heathen. Do not be merciful to all who transgress maliciously. Selah.
6 They go to and fro in the evening. They bark like dogs and go about the city.
7 Behold, they brag in their talk, with swords in their lips (“For who hears?” they say).
8 But You, O LORD, shall hold them in derision. You shall laugh at all the heathen.
9 He is strong. I will wait upon You. For God is my Defense.
10 My merciful God will go before me. God will let me see my desire upon my enemies.
11 Do not kill them, lest my people forget it. But scatter them by Your power; and put them down, O LORD, our shield,
12 for the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips. And let them be taken in their pride, for their perjury and lies they speak.
13 Consume them in Your wrath. Consume them, so that they are no more; and let them know that God rules in Jacob unto the ends of the world. Selah.
14 And in the evening, they shall go to and fro and bark like dogs and go about the city.
15 They shall run here and there for food. Surely, they shall not be satisfied though they stay all night.
16 But I will sing of Your power and will praise Your mercy in the morning. For You have been my defense and refuge in the day of my trouble.
17 To You, O my Strength, I will sing. For God is my Defense, my merciful God. To him who excels upon Shushan Eduth, or Michtam: A Psalm of David, to teach, when he fought against Aram Naharaim, and against Aram Zobah; when Joab returned and slew twelve thousand Edomites in the salt valley
60 O God, You have cast us out. You have scattered us. You have been angry. Turn again to us.
2 You have made the land tremble and have made it gape. Heal the breaches thereof, for it is shaken.
3 You have shown Your people heavy things. You have made us drink the wine of giddiness.
4 You have given a banner to those who fear You, so that it may be displayed, because of Your truth. Selah.
5 So that Your beloved may be delivered, help with Your right hand and hear me.
6 God has spoken in His holiness, “I will rejoice. I shall divide Shechem and measure the valley of Succoth.
7 “Gilead shall be Mine, and Manasseh shall be Mine. Ephraim also shall be the strength of My head. Judah is My lawgiver.
8 “Moab shall be My washpot. I will cast out My shoe over Edom. Philistia show yourself joyful for Me.”
9 Who will lead me into the strong city? Who will bring me to Edom?
10 Will not you, O God, Who has cast us off; Who did not go forth, O God, with our armies?
11 Give us help against trouble. For vain is the help of man.
12 Through God we shall do valiantly; for He shall tread down our enemies. To him who excels on Neginoth: A Psalm of David
61 Hear my cry, O God! Give ear to my prayer!
2 From the ends of the Earth I will cry to You. When my heart is oppressed, bring me upon the Rock that is higher than I.
3 For You have been my hope, a strong tower against the enemy.
4 I will dwell in Your Tabernacle forever. My trust shall be under the covering of Your wings. Selah.
5 For You, O God, have heard my desires. You have given a heritage to those who fear Your Name.
6 You shall give the king a long life. His years shall be as many ages.
7 He shall dwell before God forever. Prepare mercy and faithfulness, that they may preserve him.
8 So I will always sing praise to Your Name in performing, daily, my vows. To the excellent musician, Jeduthun: A Psalm of David
62 Yet my soul keeps silence to God. From Him comes my salvation.
2 He alone is my strength and my salvation, my defense. I shall not be greatly moved.
3 How long will you imagine mischief against a man? You shall all be slain. You shall be as a bowed wall, as a wall shaken.
4 Yet, they consult to cast him down from his high position. Their delight is in lies. They bless with their mouths but curse with their hearts. Selah.
5 My soul, keep silent to God only (for my hope is from Him).
6 He alone is my strength and my salvation, my defense. I shall not be moved.
7 In God is my salvation and my glory, the rock of my strength. In God is my trust.
8 Trust in Him always, you people. Pour out your hearts before Him, God our Hope. Selah.
9 Surely, men of low degree are a vapor, and the chief men liars. To lay them upon a scale, they are altogether lighter than a breath.
10 Do not trust in oppression or in robbery. Do not be vain. If riches increase, do not set your heart thereon.
11 God has spoken once, twice I have heard it, that power belongs to God;
12 and to You, O LORD, mercy. For You reward everyone according to his work. A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah
63 O God, You are my God. I will seek You early. My soul thirsts for You. My flesh longs greatly after You in a barren and dry land, without water.
2 Thus, when I behold Your power and Your Glory, I behold You as in the Sanctuary.
3 For Your lovingkindness is better than life. My lips shall praise You.
4 Thus will I magnify You all my life and lift up my hands in Your Name.
5 My soul shall be satisfied, as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips,
6 When I remember You on my bed, I think upon You in the night watches.
7 Therefore, because You have been my helper, I will rejoice under the shadow of Your wings.
8 My soul clings to You. Your right hand upholds me.
9 Therefore, those who seek my soul to destroy it, they shall go into the lowest parts of the Earth.
10 They shall cast him down with the edge of the sword. They shall be a portion for foxes.
11 But the king shall rejoice in God. All who swear by Him shall rejoice. For the mouth of those who speak lies shall be stopped. To him who excels: A Psalm of David
64 Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer. Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
2 Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the rage of the works of iniquity
3 which have whet their tongue like a sword and shot bitter words for their arrows,
4 to shoot at the upright in secret. They shoot at him suddenly and do not fear.
5 They encourage themselves in a wicked purpose. They commune together to lay snares privately, saying, “Who shall see them?”
6 They have sought out iniquities and have accomplished that which they sought. Everyone’s inward thoughts and depth of heart are both deep.
7 But God will shoot an arrow at them suddenly. Their strokes shall be sudden.
8 They shall cause them to fall upon their own tongue. Whoever shall see them shall flee away.
9 And all men shall see it and declare the work of God; and they shall understand what He has wrought.
10 But the righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and trust in Him; and all who are upright in heart shall rejoice. To him who excels: A psalm or song of David
65 O God, praise waits for You in Zion; and to You shall the vow be performed.
2 O, You Who hear prayer, to You shall all flesh come!
3 Wicked deeds have prevailed against me. But You will be merciful to our transgressions.
4 Blessed is he whom You choose and cause to come. He shall dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the pleasures of Your House, and of Your Holy Temple.
5 O God of our salvation, You will answer us with fearful signs in Your righteousness. You are the hope of all the ends of the Earth, and of those who are far off in the sea.
6 He establishes the mountains by His power, being clothed with strength.
7 He appeases the noise of the seas, and the noise of the waves thereof, and the tumults of the people.
8 Also, those who dwell in the uttermost parts shall be afraid of Your signs. You shall make the outgoings of the morning and the evening rejoice.
9 You visit the Earth and water it. You make it very rich. The river of God is full of water. You prepare their grain, for so You have appointed it.
10 You water the furrows thereof abundantly. You cause the rain to descend into the valleys thereof. You make it soft with showers and bless the bud thereof.
11 You crown the year with Your goodness; and Your steps drop fatness.
12 They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness; and the hills shall be surrounded with gladness.
13 The pastures are clad with sheep. The valleys, also, shall be covered with grain. They shout for joy and sing. To him who excels: A song or psalm
66 Rejoice in God, all the Earth!
2 Sing forth the Glory of His Name! Make His praise glorious!
3 Say to God, “How terrible are You in Your works! Through the greatness of Your power shall Your enemies be in subjection to You.
4 “All the world shall worship You and sing to You. Sing of Your Name!” Selah.
5 Come and behold the works of God. He is terrible in His doings toward the sons of men.
6 He has turned the sea into dry land. They passed through the river on foot. We rejoiced in Him there.
7 He rules the world with His power. His eyes behold the nations. The rebellious shall not exalt themselves. Selah.
8 Praise our God, you people, and make the voice of His praise heard.
9 He holds our souls in life and does not let our feet slip.
10 For You, O God, have tested us. You have refined us as silver is refined.
11 You have brought us into the net. You put pressure upon our loins.
12 You have caused men to ride over our heads. We went into fire and into water; but You brought us out into abundance.
13 I will go into Your House with burnt offerings and will pay You my vows
14 which my lips have promised; and my mouth has spoken in my affliction.
15 I will offer to You the burnt offerings of fat rams with incense. I will prepare bullocks and goats. Selah.
16 Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell you what He has done to my soul.
17 I called to Him with my mouth and He was exalted with my tongue.
18 If I regard wickedness in my heart, the LORD will not hear me.
19 But God has heard me and considered the voice of my prayer.
20 Praised God, Who has turned away neither my prayer nor His mercy. To him who excels on Neginoth: A psalm or song
67 God be merciful to us and bless us. Cause His face to shine among us (Selah),
2 so that they may know Your way upon Earth and Your saving health among all nations.
3 Let the people praise You, O God. Let all the people praise You.
4 Let the people be glad and rejoice; for You shall judge the people righteously and govern the nations upon the Earth. Selah.
5 Let the people praise You, O God. Let all the people praise You.
6 Then shall the Earth bring forth her increase; and God, even our God, shall bless us.
7 God shall bless us, and all the ends of the Earth shall fear Him. To him who excels: A psalm or song of David
68 God will arise. His enemies shall be scattered. Also, those who hate Him shall flee before Him.
2 As the smoke vanishes, so shall You drive them away. As wax melts before the fire, so shall the wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 But the righteous shall be glad and rejoice before God. Indeed, they shall leap for joy.
4 Sing to God! Sing praises to His Name! Exalt Him Who rides upon the heavens (by his Name, YAH) and rejoice before him!
5 He is a Father of the fatherless and a Judge of the widows: God in His Holy Habitation.
6 God makes the solitary dwell in families and delivers those who were held captive. But the rebellious shall dwell in a parched land.
7 O God, when You went forth before Your people, when You went through the wilderness (Selah),
8 the Earth shook, and the heavens dropped at the presence of this God. Sinai was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
9 You, O God, sent a gracious rain upon Your inheritance; and You refreshed it when it was weary.
10 Your Congregation dwelled therein. You, O God, have, by Your goodness, prepared it for the poor.
11 The LORD commanded: the women shall tell of the great army.
12 Kings of the armies fled. They fled, and she who remained in the house divided the spoil.
13 Though you have lain among pots, you shall be as the wings of a dove that are covered with silver, and whose feathers are like yellow gold.
14 When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was white as the snow in Zalmon.
15 The Mountain of God is like the mountain of Bashan. It is a high mountain, as mount Bashan.
16 Why do you leap, you high mountains? As for this Mountain, God delights to dwell in it. Indeed, the LORD will dwell in it forever.
17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand thousand angels. The LORD is among them, as in the Sanctuary of Sinai.
18 You have gone up on high. You have led captives into captivity and received gifts for men. Indeed, even the rebellious You have led, so that the LORD God might dwell there.
19 Praised be the LORD, the God of our salvation, Who daily bears our burden. Selah.
20 This is our God, the God Who saves; and to the LORD God belongs the escapes from death.
21 Surely God will wound the head of His enemies, and the hairy scalp of him who walks in his sins.
22 The LORD has said, “I will bring My people again from Bashan. I will bring them again from the depths of the sea,
23 “so that your foot may be dipped in blood and the tongue of your dogs in the blood of your enemies; yes, your enemies.”
24 They have seen, O God, Your goings; the goings of my God and my King, Who is in the Sanctuary.
25 The singers went before, the players of instruments after. In the midst, the maids were playing with timbrels.
26 Praise God in the assemblies, and the LORD, you who are of the fountain of Israel!
27 There was little Benjamin with their ruler, the princes of Judah with their assembly, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.
28 Your GOD has appointed your strength. Establish, O God, that which You first wrought in us.
29 Out of Your Temple upon Jerusalem, kings shall bring presents to You.
30 Destroy the company of the spearmen who tread pieces of silver under foot, along with the multitude of the mighty bulls and the calves of the people. Scatter the people who delight in war.
31 Then shall the princes come out of Egypt. Ethiopia shall hasten to stretch her hands to God.
32 Sing to God, O you kingdoms of the Earth! Sing praise to the LORD (Selah),
33 to him who rides upon the Most High Heavens, Who was from the beginning. Behold, He will send out, by His voice, a mighty sound!
34 Ascribe the power to God! His majesty is upon Israel and His strength is in the clouds!
35 O God, You are awesome out of Your Holy places! The God of Israel is He Who gives strength and power to the people! Praise God! To him who excels upon Shoshannim: A Psalm of David
69 Save me, O God, for the waters have entered even to my soul.
2 I sink in the deep mire, where there is no foothold. I have come into deep waters, and the streams run over me.
3 I am weary from crying. My throat is dry. My eyes fail while I wait for my God.
4 Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head. Those who would destroy me, and are wrongfully my enemies, are mighty. Thus, I restored that which I did not take.
5 O God, You know my foolishness, and my faults are not hidden from You.
6 Do not let those who trust in You, O LORD God of Hosts, be ashamed because of me. Do not let those who seek You be confounded through me, O God of Israel.
7 For Your sake I have suffered reproach; shame has covered my face.
8 I have become a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my mother’s sons.
9 For the zeal of Your House has eaten me, and the rebukes of those who rebuked You have fallen upon me.
10 I wept and my soul fasted; but that was to my reproach.
11 I put on sackcloth also; and I became a proverb to them.
12 Those who sit in the gate speak of me; and I am the song of the drunkards.
13 But LORD, I make my prayer to You in an acceptable time, in the multitude of Your mercy. O God, hear me in the truth of Your salvation.
14 Deliver me out of the mire, so that I do not sink. Let me be delivered from those who hate me, and out of the deep waters.
15 Do not let the flood water drown me or let the deep swallow me up; and do not let the pit shut her mouth upon me.
16 Hear me, O LORD, for Your lovingkindness is good! Turn to me according to the multitude of Your tender mercies.
17 And do not hide Your face from Your servant, for I am in trouble. Hear me quickly.
18 Draw near to my soul and redeem it. Deliver me because of my enemies.
19 You have known my reproach and my shame and my dishonor. All my adversaries are before You.
20 Rebuke has broken my heart and I am full of heaviness. I looked for some to have pity, but there was no one; and for comforters, but I found none.
21 For they gave Me gall in My food; and in My thirst they gave Me vinegar to drink.
