28 And the LORD talked with Moses, saying,
29 “Speak to the children of Israel, and say, ‘He who offers his p Peace Offerings to the LORD shall bring his gift to the LORD from his Peace Offerings.
30 ‘His hands shall bring the offerings of the LORD made by fire. He shall bring the fat with the breast, so that the breast may be shaken to and fro before the LORD.
31 ‘Then the priest shall burn the fat upon the Altar. And the breast shall be Aaron’s and his sons’.
32 ‘And you shall give the right shoulder to the priest for a Heave Offering, from your Peace Offerings.
33 ‘The same one who offers the blood of the Peace Offerings, and the fat among the sons of Aaron, shall have the right shoulder for his part.
34 ‘For the breast (shaken to and fro) and the shoulder (lifted up) I have taken from the children of Israel, from their Peace Offerings, and have given them to Aaron the Priest and to his sons, by a statute, forever, from among the children of Israel.’”
35 This is the anointing of Aaron, and the anointing of his sons, concerning the offerings of the LORD, made by fire, on the day when he presented them to serve in the priest’s office to the LORD,
36 which the LORD commanded to give them on the day that He anointed them from among the children of Israel, by a statute, forever, in their generations.
37 This is the Law of the Burnt Offering, of the Meat Offering, and of the Sin Offering, and of the Trespass Offering, and of the consecrations, and of the Peace Offerings,
38 which the LORD commanded Moses on the mount Sinai, when He commanded the children of Israel to offer their gifts to the LORD in the wilderness of Sinai.
8 Afterward, the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
2 “Take Aaron, and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and a bullock for the Sin Offering, and two rams, and a basket of unleavened bread,
3 “and assemble all the company at the door of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.”
4 So Moses did as the LORD had commanded him. And the company was assembled at the door of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.
5 Then Moses said to the company, “This is the thing which the LORD has commanded to do.”
6 And Moses brought Aaron and his sons and washed them with water,
7 and put the coat upon him, and girded him with a band, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod on him, which he girded with the embroidered band of the ephod. And he bound it to him.
8 And he put the breastplate on it and put the Urim and Thummim in the breastplate.
9 Also, he put the turban upon his head, and put the golden plate upon the turban, on the forefront, and the holy crown, as the LORD had commanded Moses.
10 (Now Moses had taken the anointing oil and anointed the Tabernacle, and all that was inside, and sanctified them.
11 And he sprinkled it upon the Altar seven times, and anointed the Altar and all its instruments, and the Basin, and its Stand, to sanctify them.)
12 And he poured the anointing oil upon Aaron’s head and anointed him, to sanctify him.
13 Afterward, Moses brought Aaron’s sons and put coats upon them, and girded them with girdles, and put turbans upon their heads, as the LORD had commanded Moses.
14 Then he brought the bullock for the Sin Offering. And Aaron and his sons put their hands upon the head of the bullock for the Sin Offering.
15 And Moses killed it and took the blood, which he put upon the horn of the Altar, all around, with his finger. And he purified the Altar and poured the rest of the blood at the foot of the Altar. So he sanctified it, to make reconciliation upon it.
16 Then he took all the fat that was upon the entrails, and the fatty lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys (with their fat) which Moses burned upon the Altar.
17 But the bullock and its hide and its flesh and its dung he burnt with fire outside the camp, as the LORD had commanded Moses.
18 Also, he brought the ram for the Burnt Offering. And Aaron and his sons put their hands upon the head of the ram.
19 So Moses killed it and sprinkled the blood upon the Altar, all around.
20 And Moses cut the ram in pieces and burnt the head, with the pieces and the fat,
21 and washed the entrails and the legs in water. So Moses burnt the ram, every bit, upon the Altar. It was a Burnt Offering for a sweet savor, which was made by fire to the LORD, as the LORD had commanded Moses.
22 Afterward, he brought the other ram (the Ram of Consecrations). And Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram
23 which Moses killed and took of the blood of it and put it upon the lobe of Aaron’s right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.
24 Then Moses brought Aaron’s sons and put some of the blood on the lobes of their right ears, and upon the thumbs of their right hands, and upon the great toes of their right feet. And Moses sprinkled the rest of the blood upon the Altar, all around.
25 And he took the fat and the rump, and all the fat that was upon the entrails, and the fatty lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and the right shoulder.
26 Also, he took from the basket of the unleavened cake, and a cake of oiled bread, and one wafer. And he put them on the fat and upon the right shoulder.
27 So he put it all in Aaron’s hands, and in his sons’ hands, and shook it to and fro before the LORD.
28 Afterward, Moses took them out of their hands and burnt them upon the Altar, for a Burnt Offering. These were consecrations for a sweet savor, which were made by fire to the LORD.
29 Likewise, Moses took the breast of the Ram of Consecrations and shook it to and fro before the LORD. It was Moses’ portion, as the LORD had commanded Moses.
30 Also, Moses took from the anointing oil, and from the blood which was upon the Altar, and sprinkled it upon Aaron, upon his garments, and upon his sons, and on his sons’ garments with him. So he sanctified Aaron, his garments and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.
31 Afterward, Moses said to Aaron and his sons, “Boil the flesh at the door of the Tabernacle of the Congregation and eat it there with the bread that is in the Basket of Consecrations, as I commanded, saying, ‘Aaron and his sons shall eat it.’
32 “But that which remains of the flesh, and of the bread, you shall burn with fire.
33 “You shall not depart from the door of the Tabernacle of the Congregation for seven days, until the days of your consecrations are at an end. for ‘Seven days’, said the LORD, ‘shall He consecrate you.’
34 “As He has done this day, the LORD has commanded to do, to make an atonement for you.
35 “Therefore you shall abide at the door of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, day and night, for seven days, and shall keep the watch of the LORD, so that you do not die. For so I am commanded.”
36 So Aaron and his sons did all the things which the LORD had commanded by the hand of Moses.
9 And on the eighth day Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel.
2 Then he said to Aaron, “Take a young calf for a Sin Offering, and a ram for a Burnt Offering, without blemish, and bring them before the LORD.
3 “And you shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘Take a male goat for a Sin Offering, and a calf, and a lamb, both of a year old, without blemish for a Burnt Offering.
4 ‘Also a bullock and a ram, for Peace Offerings to offer before the LORD, and a Meat Offering, mingled with oil. For today the LORD will appear to you.’”
5 Then they brought that which Moses commanded before the Tabernacle of the Congregation. And all the assembly drew near and stood before the LORD.
6 For Moses had said, “This is the thing which the LORD commanded that you should do. And the Glory of the LORD shall appear to you.”
31 Then His brothers and mother came and stood outside and sent word to Him and called Him.
32 And the people who sat around Him said to Him, “Behold, your mother and your brothers seek you outside.”
33 But He answered them, saying, “Who is my mother and my brothers?”
34 And He looked at those who sat around Him, and said, “Behold My mother and My brothers.
35 “For whoever does the will of God, he is My brother, My sister, and My mother.”
4 And He began again to teach by the seaside. And there gathered to Him a great multitude. So that He entered into a ship and sat in the sea. And all the people were by the seaside, on the land.
2 And He taught them many things in parables, and said to them in His doctrine,
3 “Hear now. Behold, there went out a sower to sow.
4 “And it happened that, as he sowed, some fell by the wayside. And the birds of the heaven came and devoured it up.
5 “And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth. And it quickly sprang up, because it had not depth of earth.
6 “But as soon as the Sun was up, it was burnt up. And because it had no root, it withered away.
7 “And some fell among the thorns. And the thorns grew up and choked it, so that it gave no fruit.
8 “Some again fell in good ground, and did yield fruit, that sprang up and grew. And it brought forth - some thirtyfold, some sixtyfold, and some a hundredfold.”
9 Then He said to them, “Whoever has ears to hear, let him hear.”
10 And when He was alone, those who were around Him, with the twelve, asked Him of the parable.
11 And He said to them, “To you it is given to know the mystery of the Kingdom of God. But to those who are outside, all things are done in parables,
12 “So that those seeing may see, and not discern. And those hearing may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should turn, and their sins should be forgiven them.”
13 Again He said to them, “Do you not perceive this parable? How then shall you understand all other parables?
14 “The sower sows the Word.
15 “And these are those who receive the seed by the wayside, in whom the Word is sown. But when they have heard it, Satan comes immediately and takes away the Word that was sown in their hearts.
16 “And likewise, those who receive the seed in stony ground are those who (when they have heard the Word) immediately receive it with gladness.
17 “Yet they have no root in themselves and endure but a time. For when trouble and persecution arise for the word, they fall away immediately.
18 “Also those who receive the seed among the thorns, are those who hear the Word,
19 “but the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches and the lusts of other things enter in and choke the Word. And it is unfruitful.
20 “But those who have received seed in good ground, are those who hear the Word and receive it and bring forth fruit - one corn thirty, another sixty, and some a hundred.”
21 Also He said to them, “Does the candle come in to be put under a bushel, or under the bed, and not to be put in a candlestick?
22 “For there is nothing hidden that shall not be opened. Nor is there a secret that shall not come to light.
23 “If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.”
24 And He said to them, “Pay attention to what you hear. With whatever measure you use, it shall be measured to you. And to you who hear shall more be given.
25 “For to him who has shall it be given. And from him that has not shall be taken away even that he has.”
12 The wicked practices against the just and gnashes his teeth against him.
13 The LORD shall laugh him to scorn; for He sees that his day is coming.
14 The wicked have drawn their sword and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy and to slay such as are of upright conversation.
15 Their sword shall enter into their own heart; and their bows shall be broken.
16 A small thing to the just man is better than great riches to the wicked and mighty.
17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken; but the LORD upholds the just men.
18 The LORD knows the days of upright men; and their inheritance shall be perpetual.
19 They shall not be confounded in the perilous time; and in the days of famine they shall have enough.
20 But the wicked shall perish; and the enemies of the LORD shall be consumed as the fat of lambs. With the smoke, they shall vanish away.
21 The wicked borrows and does not pay again. But the righteous is merciful and gives.
22 For such as are blessed shall inherit the land. And those who are cursed by Him shall be cut off.
23 The paths of man are directed by the LORD; for He loves his way.
24 Though he falls, he shall not be cast off; for the LORD upholds his hand.
25 I have been young and am old. Yet I never saw the righteous forsaken, nor His seed begging bread.
26 He is ever merciful and lends, and His seed enjoys the blessing.
27 Flee from evil and do good, and dwell forever.
28 For the LORD loves judgment and does not forsake His saints. They shall be preserved forevermore. But the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
29 The righteous men shall inherit the land, and dwell therein forever.
