«إنْ أُمسِكَ لِصٌ وَهُوَ يَقْتَحِمُ بَيتًا فَضُرِبَ وَمَاتَ، لَا يَكُونُ لِأحَدٍ حَقُّ الثَّأرِ لِدَمِهِ.
NAV
إِذَا ضُبِطَ السَّارِقُ وَهُوَ يَنْقُبُ لَيْلاً وَضُرِبَ فَمَاتَ، يَذْهَبُ دَمُهُ هَدْراً.
