God’s Wisdom . . . Is Necessary

Sisters in Faith

The simple inherit folly: but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.
Proverbs 14:18

The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.
Proverbs 18:15

A fool despiseth his father’s instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent.
Proverbs 15:5

House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the Lord.
Proverbs 19:14

The wise in heart shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning.
Proverbs 16:21

Wise men lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction.
Proverbs 10:14

For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.
Colossians 1:9–10
