Write To Thyatira: You Are Tolerating a False Teacher. Repent From Her Works

¹⁸ “And to the angel of the church in Thyatira, write— These things says the Son of God, the One having His eyes like a flame of fire and His feet resembling brass^[a]. ¹⁹ I know your works and^[b] love and faith^[c] and service and your endurance. And your last works are greater^[d] than the first. ²⁰ But I have against you that you are tolerating the woman Jezebel— the one calling herself a prophet. And she is teaching and misleading My slaves to commit-sexual-immorality and eat foods-sacrificed-to-idols. ²¹ And I gave her time in order that she might repent. And she is not willing to repent from her sexual-immorality. ²² Behold— I am throwing^[e] her into a bed^[f], and the ones committing-adultery with her into a great affliction, unless they repent from her works. ²³ And I will kill her children^[g] with a death^[h]. And all the churches will know^[i] that I am the One searching^[j] minds and hearts, and I will give to you, to each one, according to your works. ²⁴ But I say to you, to the rest in Thyatira— all-who are not holding this teaching, who did not know the deep things of Satan (as they say): I am not putting^[k] another burden upon you. ²⁵ However, hold-on-to what you have until whenever I come. ²⁶ And the one overcoming and^[l] the one keeping My works^[m] until the end— I will give him authority over the nations. ²⁷ And he will shepherd^[n] them with an iron rod like clay vessels are broken-to-pieces, ²⁸ as I also^[o] have received from My Father. And I will give him the morning^[p] star. ²⁹ Let the one having an ear hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches.

Write To Sardis: You Are Alive In Name Only. Remember What You Received. Repent

3 “And to the angel of the church in Sardis, write— These things says the One having the seven Spirits^[q] of God and the seven stars. I know your works: that you have a name^[r] that you are alive^[s], and you are dead. ² Be^[t] keeping-watch, and establish^[u] the remaining things which were-about-to die, for I have not found your works fulfilled^[v] in the sight of My God. ³ Therefore be remembering how you have received and you heard, and be keeping it, and repent. Therefore if you do not keep-watch, I will come like a thief. And you will never know at what hour I will come upon you. ⁴ But you have a few names^[w] in Sardis who did not stain their garments. And they will walk with Me in white garments, because they are worthy. ⁵ The one overcoming will in-this-manner clothe himself in white garments. And I will never^[x] wipe-out^[y] his name from the book of life. And I will confess^[z] his name before My Father and before His angels. ⁶ Let the one having an ear hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches.
